In order to keep myself from writing about off topic subjects that don’t directly have anything to do with autism and the transition, I’ve started a sub-blog for this purpose.

For this month, I’ll be spending some of my time talking about the Whole30 – a “diet” that helps you change your relationship with food. I am taking my family along on the journey because they eat here, too. But they are able to supplement their diets with all sorts of off plan foods.
