Halloween is one of those great holidays that brings out the child and the memories in all of us. Ralph took them out trick or treating every year that they went out.
Will couldn’t stand a lot of “hard” clothing or costumes, so one year I sewed big round dots (very loosely) on his daily wear of sweatshirts and sweatpants, along with a headband with ears attached. He was a very cute dalmatian dog.
Take every opportunity to pretend with your kids.

Patty’s bunny rabbit costume was borrowed. I wasn’t talented enough or patient enough to make fully involved costumes. Most costumes were either thrown together at the last minute out of stuff we had at home, or borrowed. I don’t think I ever bought a costume….but I don’t judge those who do. After all, I do serve frozen meals from Stouffers and take other shortcuts.
I think Patty’s bunny ears off to the side have a comical effect.
