Mary’s temporary full time position has ended. The homeless shelter told her that they could no longer have her volunteer to do what she has now been paid to do. (She volunteered two afternoons a week for a year before they hired her temporarily full time). So they are now going to pay her for two afternoons a week (six hours total). It is a blessing, and it is still employment.

Maybe this will help Mary obtain full time, permanent (as permanent goes these days), employment.
